SHIPPING TIME

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within one week. If there is a delay for any reason, you will be notified by email. You will receive an email with tracking information at the time of shipment. Delivery time will depend on the carrier used and your location.

SHIPPING COSTS

There are no shipping charges for art shipping to the United States, as these costs are included in the price of the art. Shipping insurance for the value of the artwork is also included.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Each artwork is packaged with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

HANGING INSTRUCTIONS

Each piece comes ready to hang with hardware attached to the back. Optional hanging nails are included, although you may opt to use different hardware for your wall.

CARING FOR YOUR ARTWORK

I use multiple coats of permanent varnish to protect each artwork. I recommend using a soft, fluffy paintbrush or makeup brush to remove dust particles from your painting. A slightly damp cloth may be carefully used for spot treatment.

REFUND POLICY

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy with it for any reason, you have 14 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You will receive a full refund upon safe receipt of the artwork.

PRIVACY POLICY

Registration is not required to use or access the mklongart.com website. If you provide your email address, it will only be used to contact you regarding your art purchase. This information will not be shared, sold, or otherwise transferred to any outside party.
